ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE & IMPACT FUND (ORIF)
Strengthening the organizational health and sustainability of nonprofit organizations across California as they navigate and adapt to a rapidly evolving external environment. The Fund serves as a centralized hub for support during periods of instability, uncertainty or heightened scrutiny.
ORIF provides:
Responsive and tailored technical assistance to California nonprofits (and their leaders/staff), including access to trusted experts who provide hands-on support across digital and physical security, crisis communication, and other organizational stabilization needs.
Coordinated access and ongoing support, including a streamlined entry point for assistance, and continued coordination as organizations move through the assessment and service delivery process.
Targeted support and flexible funding through one-time grants to help cover costs tied to risk mitigation, organizational stabilization, or other recovery-related needs.
